When a claim may not be suitable
Not every matter is suitable for Claim Pilot's online process. A claim may be declined or referred elsewhere if:
- The responsible party is unknown.
- There is little or no evidence.
- There are no photos, quotes or supporting documents.
- The claim value is too low for recovery to be practical.
- The claimant appears mostly at fault.
- The matter is too old or legally complex.
- The matter requires legal advice, summons or litigation.
- The claimant does not want to use an online process.
No recovery, no fee.
A success fee is payable only when money is recovered. If nothing is recovered, no success fee is due.
Clear, upfront terms.
Your success fee is agreed before we proceed, so you understand the cost from the beginning.
Structured claim support.
We organise the evidence, documents, submission and follow-ups needed to move the claim forward.
Earlier access to part of your potential recovery
We are exploring finance partnerships that may give qualifying claimants earlier access to part of an expected recovery. Subject to independent approval and not currently available.
